The Haworthia Society
The Haworthia Society is a group dedicated to the study, furtherance of knowledge and cultivation of the Aloeae (family Asphodelaceae), specifically including Haworthia, Gasteria Astroloba, Aloe and Bulbines. The society exists to promote interest in Haworthia. It facilitates the exchange of information. The aim is to keep Haworthia growers across the world in touch with each other and the Haworthia Society is still evolving

The Haworthiad Journal
Haworthiad, the Haworthia Society’s journal is a crucial benefit, especially for its international members. It features relevant articles of varying levels, including contributions from both world authorities and members. It caters to all members with articles on cultivation, propagation, field studies, show highlights, and serves as a forum for information exchange. The journal is now printed with integrated color pictures, maintaining a readable and informative format. The Haworthiad journal is published three times a year, in February, June and October. Each issue comprises around forty pages between stiff covers.

Membership of the Haworthia Society is open to individuals and institutions etc. in all countries. You can join anytime, new members are welcome throughout the year.
